Guidelines for the Masquerade Recital This is a special event in the student’s education and an opportunity to have a fun performance. Students are encouraged to dress up in costumes related to their pieces, but, as always, students should dress modestly. For those who do not want to wear a costume, a more casual attire, such as nice blue jeans and T-Shirts, may be worn.
Students are permitted to play one long or two shorter pieces.
Teachers are encouraged to play with their students.
Instruct students to bow before and after their performance.
